Payment Options

>> We accept all major credit and debit cards online. Payment information is obtained using Paypal and is totally secure. English law applies to all orders. We also accept payment by cheque COC or bank wire transfer.

>> To pay by bank transfer please email us for an invoice which will include transfer details for you to make payment.

>> To Pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to Pixelloft Ltd and include £20 for shipping on large kits and £4 shipping for bulbs. Send cheques to the address on the contact page.

Warranty
All of our products are covered by a manufacturer Warranty. If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement product. This warranty covers only the products, and not damage or costs incurred by their misuse, or an accident or their failing. If you do have a problem with any of our products, please contact us as soon as possible, using the details on our contact page to ensure our quality control and your customer satisfaction.

Guarantee
We guarantee that the products we sell are of the highest quality. If any goods are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately using the details above.

Returns Policy
Any item you order can be returned to us, unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund. When sending a return, please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we strongly recommend that you return it via Registered post, gaining a certificate of postage. Please also note that we cannot take responsibility for goods damaged when returned to us, so please ensure adequate packaging materials are used. The cost of return postage will not be refunded.

Product Availability
We try to ensure all of our products are available at any time. If we are unable to supply an item, we will contact you and advise you of the expected delivery date. All other items ordered, which are in stock shall be sent, and the remaining items forwarded subsequently at no extra charge, unless a refund is requested. You will not be charged for this separate delivery

Liability
With the exception of faults in the products we sell, or the negligence of FilmTeknik causing death or personal injury, the Company shall in no circumstances be under any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for direct or indirect consequential or incidental loss or damages of any kind, however caused, suffered by the Customer or others in any connection with the sale, supply or operation of goods under these Terms, with the exception, as may be expressly imposed by statute. Without prejudice to FilmTeknik and liability for any loss or damage shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods.
